対象アプリ：ストレス発散！～好きな画像を添えて～

peroon（以下「制作者」といいます）は、アプリ「ストレス発散！～好きな画像を添えて～」
（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 取得する情報
本アプリは、利用者が端末内から明示的に選択した画像にアクセスします。画像の選択は任意であり、
本アプリが利用者の同意なく端末内のほかの画像を取得することはありません。
現在の本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、連絡先、広告識別子、端末識別子、
利用状況その他の個人情報または端末情報を制作者のサーバーへ収集しません。
2. 選択した画像の利用目的
選択した画像は、本アプリ内の対象物に表示する目的にのみ使用します。
画像は端末内で処理され、制作者または第三者のサーバーへ送信されません。
3. 情報の共有および第三者提供
本アプリは、選択した画像その他の利用者情報を制作者へ送信せず、第三者へ販売、貸与、共有または提供しません。
4. 保存期間および削除
選択した画像は本アプリの実行中に一時的にメモリ上で使用されます。
本アプリは画像を独自に永続保存せず、アプリを終了すると本アプリ内の画像データは破棄されます。
元の画像は利用者の端末に残り、利用者自身で管理および削除できます。
5. 広告、アクセス解析およびアカウント
現在の本アプリには、広告配信、アクセス解析、利用者アカウント、ログイン、課金またはクラウド同期の機能はありません。
6. 外部サービス
本アプリはGoogle Playを通じて配布されます。Google Playおよび端末のオペレーティングシステムが独自に取り扱う情報については、
Googleおよび各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
7. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、子どもを含む利用者から個人情報を意図的に収集しません。
8. 安全管理
本アプリは、選択された画像を端末内でのみ処理し、外部へ送信しない設計により、利用者情報の保護に努めます。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
本アプリの機能追加、利用する外部サービスの変更、法令またはGoogle Playポリシーの変更などに応じて、
本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内で通知します。

Privacy Policy
Application: Stress Relief! – With Your Favorite Image –

peroon (the “Developer”) establishes this Privacy Policy for the application
“Stress Relief! – With Your Favorite Image –” (the “App”).
1. Information Accessed
The App accesses only an image that the user explicitly selects from the device.
Selecting an image is optional. The App does not access other images on the device without the user's action and consent.
The current version of the App does not collect or transmit names, email addresses, location data,
contacts, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, usage data, or other personal or device information
to the Developer's servers.
2. Purpose of Using the Selected Image
The selected image is used solely to display it on an object within the App.
The image is processed locally on the device and is not transmitted to the Developer or to any third-party server.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
The App does not transmit the selected image or other user information to the Developer,
and does not sell, rent, share, or disclose such information to third parties.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
The selected image is used temporarily in memory while the App is running.
The App does not independently store the image on a permanent basis, and the image data held by the App
is discarded when the App is closed. The original image remains on the user's device and can be managed
or deleted by the user.
5. Advertising, Analytics, and Accounts
The current version of the App does not include advertising, analytics, user accounts, login,
in-app purchases, or cloud synchronization.
6. External Services
The App is distributed through Google Play. Information independently handled by Google Play or by the
device's operating system is governed by the privacy policies of Google and the applicable service providers.
7. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from users, including children.
8. Data Security
The App is designed to protect user information by processing the selected image only on the device
and not transmitting it externally.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be revised in response to changes to the App's features, external services,
applicable laws, or Google Play policies. Material changes will be announced on this page or within the App.
