peroon（以下「運営者」）は、Androidアプリ「パンチ音 (PunchSfx)」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取扱いを、以下のとおり説明します。
1. 本アプリの機能と端末内の情報
本アプリは画面のタップで効果音を再生します。アカウント登録は不要です。音声録音、カメラ撮影、連絡先へのアクセス、GPSによる位置情報取得は行いません。
各音の解放状態、ON/OFF、個別音量、全体音量、言語設定を、設定の復元と再生候補の選択のために端末内に保存します。自動言語選択では端末の言語設定を参照します。本アプリ独自の機能として、これらの設定を運営者のサーバーに送信することはありません。
2. 広告サービスによる情報の処理
追加音の解放にGoogle AdMobのリワード広告を使用します。Google Mobile Ads SDKは、広告配信、効果測定・分析、不正防止のために、IPアドレス（おおよその位置の推定に利用される場合があります）、アプリや広告の操作情報、診断情報、広告ID等の端末・アカウント識別子を収集・共有します。処理される情報は端末設定や同意状況等によって異なります。
広告に関連する情報はGoogleおよび広告配信に関与する事業者によって処理される場合があります。詳細は以下をご確認ください。
3. 広告の選択と同意
リワード広告は、利用者が音の解放を選択したときに要求されます。広告を視聴しなくても、初期解放音および解放済みの音を利用できます。
広告の準備時にGoogleのUser Messaging Platform（UMP）で同意状況を確認し、必要な場合は同意画面を表示します。変更が必要な場合に表示される、設定画面の「広告のプライバシー設定」から選択内容を見直せます。端末で利用可能な広告IDの管理機能も利用できます。広告のパーソナライズを制限しても、すべてのデータ処理が停止するとは限りません。
4. 情報の保存期間と削除
本アプリの設定は、利用者が変更するか、Androidの設定で本アプリのデータを消去するか、アンインストールするまで端末内に保持します。データ消去・アンインストールでは、広告で解放した音の状態も失われます。本アプリにはアカウントやサーバーによる解放状態の復元機能はありません。
Google等に送信済みの情報は、アプリのデータ消去・アンインストールだけでは削除されません。保存期間や削除・管理方法は、各事業者の方針によります。Googleのデータ保持に関する説明もご確認ください。
5. お問い合わせで提供される情報
お問い合わせの際に提供されたメールアドレスや本文等は、対応と問題の解決のために使用します。これらは対応に必要な期間、または法令上必要な期間保持し、その後、削除または個人を識別できない状態にします。お問い合わせ情報についての確認・削除のご相談は、下記の連絡先で受け付けます。
6. 安全管理とお子様のプライバシー
運営者は、取り扱う情報への不正アクセスや漏えい等を防ぐため、合理的な安全管理に努めます。Google Mobile Ads SDKが収集する利用者データは通信時に暗号化されますが、すべてのリスクを完全に排除することはできません。
お子様の情報の取扱いについて保護者の方に懸念がある場合は、下記までご連絡ください。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
アプリの機能、利用するサービス、法令等の変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。更新内容はこのページに掲載し、最終更新日を変更します。法令により必要な場合は、別途通知または同意取得を行います。

peroon (the “Operator”) explains below how information is handled in the Android app “パンチ音 (PunchSfx)” (the “App”).
1. App features and on-device information
The App plays sound effects when you tap the screen. No account is required. It does not record audio, capture camera images, access contacts, or obtain GPS location.
The App stores sound unlocks, ON/OFF preferences, individual volumes, master volume, and language preferences on your device to restore settings and select sounds for playback. Automatic language selection reads your device language. The App does not send these settings to an Operator-run server as part of its own functionality.
2. Information processed by advertising services
The App uses Google AdMob rewarded ads to unlock additional sounds. For advertising, measurement and analytics, and fraud prevention, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares IP addresses (which may indicate approximate location), app/ad interactions, diagnostics, and device/account identifiers such as the advertising ID. Processing varies with device settings and consent choices.

3. Advertising choices and consent
A rewarded ad is requested when you choose to unlock a sound. You can use the initially available and already unlocked sounds without watching ads.
When preparing ads, the App checks consent status through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) and displays a consent form when required. When available, “Ad privacy settings” in Settings lets you review your choices. You can also use advertising ID controls available on your device. Restricting personalized ads does not necessarily stop all data processing.
4. Retention and deletion
App settings remain on your device until you change them, clear the App's data in Android settings, or uninstall the App. Clearing data or uninstalling also removes sound unlocks earned through ads. The App has no account or server-based unlock recovery feature.
Clearing data or uninstalling does not by itself delete information already sent to Google or other providers. Their policies govern retention, deletion, and controls. See also Google's data retention information.
5. Information you provide when contacting us
Email addresses, message contents, and other information you provide when contacting us are used to respond and resolve your inquiry. This information is retained as needed to handle the inquiry or meet legal requirements, then deleted or de-identified. You may contact us below about access to or deletion of inquiry information.
6. Security and children's privacy
The Operator takes reasonable steps to protect information it handles against unauthorized access and disclosure. User data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit, but no safeguards eliminate every risk.

7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as App features, service providers, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required by law.
