プライバシーポリシー（日本語）

本プライバシーポリシーは、Peroon（以下「運営者」）が提供するAndroidアプリ「ビル爆破」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取扱いについて説明するものです。

1. 本アプリが端末内に保存する情報

本アプリは、ゲームの提供およびプレイ状況の維持のため、次の情報を利用者の端末内に保存します。

運営者は、これらの情報および選択された画像を外部サーバーへ送信または収集しません。これらは、本アプリのデータ削除またはアンインストールにより削除できます。端末やOSの仕様によっては、端末のバックアップ機能等により情報が保持される場合があります。

2. 広告配信について

本アプリは、利用者が任意で視聴できるリワード広告の配信にGoogle AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）を使用します。広告を視聴しない場合でも、通常の報酬を受け取ってゲームを続けることができます。

Google Mobile Ads SDKは、広告配信、効果測定、不正防止、分析等のため、IPアドレス（おおよその地域の推定に使用される場合があります）、アプリ内の操作情報、診断情報、広告ID・App Set ID等の端末またはアカウントに関連する識別子を自動的に収集し、Googleまたは広告配信に関わる事業者と共有する場合があります。送信中のデータは暗号化されます。

3. 広告に関する選択

利用者は、Android端末の「設定」内にあるプライバシーまたは広告の項目から、広告IDのリセット・削除や広告に関する設定を変更できます。また、法令上必要な地域では、Googleが提供する同意画面等を通じて広告目的のデータ利用について選択できる場合があります。非パーソナライズ広告であっても、配信回数の制御、集計レポート、不正防止等のために識別子その他の情報が使用される場合があります。

4. 外部への提供

運営者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、運営者が直接取得した個人情報を第三者へ販売しません。広告SDKによるデータの収集・共有は、前記「2. 広告配信について」に記載した第三者サービスの方針に従います。

5. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象として設計されたものではなく、運営者が13歳未満の子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。保護者の方が、子どもから情報が提供された可能性があると判断した場合は、下記の連絡方法からお問い合わせください。

6. 情報の安全管理

運営者は、本アプリが取り扱う情報について合理的な安全対策を講じます。ただし、電子的な保存または通信に完全な安全性を保証することはできません。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、本アプリの機能、利用するサービスまたは法令等の変更に応じて改定する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新等、適切な方法でお知らせします。改定後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から適用されます。

Privacy Policy (English)

This Privacy Policy explains how Peroon (the “Developer”) handles information in the Android application “Building Blast” (Japanese title: “ビル爆破”; the “App”).

1. Information stored locally by the App

To provide the game and preserve gameplay progress, the App stores the following information locally on the user’s device:

The Developer does not transmit or collect this information or selected images on an external server. This locally stored information can be removed by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App. Depending on the device and operating system, information may remain in device backups or similar services.

2. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to provide optional rewarded advertisements. Users may continue playing and claim the standard reward without watching an advertisement.

For advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, and related purposes, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share an IP address (which may be used to estimate a device’s general location), in-app interaction information, diagnostic information, and device or account-related identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID and App Set ID. Data is encrypted in transit.

3. Advertising choices

Users can reset or delete their Advertising ID and adjust advertising preferences through the privacy or advertising controls in Android device settings. Where required by law, users in applicable regions may also be offered choices regarding the use of data for advertising through a consent message provided by Google or another appropriate mechanism. Even non-personalized ads may use identifiers or other information for frequency capping, aggregated reporting, fraud prevention, and similar purposes.

4. Disclosure to third parties

The Developer does not sell personal information directly obtained by the Developer to third parties, except where required by law. Collection and sharing performed by advertising SDKs are governed by the policies of the third-party services described in Section 2 above.

5. Children’s privacy

The App is not designed for children under the age of 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes that a child may have provided information, please contact the Developer using the method described below.

6. Security

The Developer takes reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be revised to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, or applicable laws. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page or through another appropriate method. The revised Policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
